Steppin' Out - Cardio step aerobics, toning, abs, legs, arms

 

Max Strength - Only cardio is in the warm-up, then 45 minutes of strength training

 

Firm Results - Non-aerobic muscle conditioning class for all fitness levels

 

Flexible Fitness - Flexibility training with focused movement, stretching and relaxation techniques

 

Kick Off The Week - A full hour of super step aerobics

 

Full Body Challenge - An exciting blend of cardiovascular movements, basic step, low impact kick boxing, strength training and sports drills.  Your entire body will be challenged through functional training.  Multi-skill levels

 

Step Into Fitness - Fun cardio step aerobics, abdominal work

 

Forever Fit - Incorporating strength, length and whole body movement, this workout will leave you feeling great from head to toe and keep you forever fit!

 

Fitness Mix - 45 minutes of step aerobics, transition to 45 minutes of Pilates-based stretching and flexibility training

 

Pilates - Stretching, toning, shaping and working your "core," using Pilates, moving yoga and dance stretches

 

Super Step - Super Step Monday!  Basic moves with a fast tempo

 

First Step - Beginning level.  Basic fundamentals of step aerobics and terminology

 

Step Plus - Multi-level step aerobics, toning/strengthening/flexibility

 

Step/Basic Training - Multi-level step and floor aerobics, toning, strengthening, flexibility and Plyometrics moves

 

Work-It-Up - Super-Step with poles and ULTIMATE abs workout

 

Steppin' to the Beat - Combination of step, body toning and strengthening

 

Pilates - One hour of Pilates, movements focus on core strengthening

 

Tone-Up - Strength training - FitBalls, weights, body bars

 

Zumba! - Latin dance-based aerobics workout - lots of fun!!

 

Combo Exercise - An hour of varied training exercises to get the most out of your workout

 

Silver Sneakers® and Silver Sneakers® II - Core classes for older adults designed to increase strength, range of movement, agility, balance and coordination.  These classes are an integral part of the Silver Sneakers® Fitness Program and are available to all members and guests.
