Welcome to Silver Sneakers at Cochise Health and Racquet Club.  The Silver Sneakers Fitness Program is provided to Medicare-eligible individuals through participating health insurance companies.

Currently, certain plans through Humana, PacifiCare and HealthNet offer the Silver Sneakers Fitness Program to their enrollees.  CRC's Senior Advisor can check eligibility if you are unsure if you qualify for the program.  The Senior Advisor will need your name, date of birth, name of health insurance company and your policy ID number.  You may contact the Senior Advisor by visiting CRC at 4225 Avenida Cochise in Sierra Vista or calling 520-458-7075. 

As per CRC's agreement with Silver Sneakers, we provide specialty group classes that meet the national standard class requirements of the Silver Sneakers Fitness Program.  (Please see our Class Schedule.)  CRC has an open club policy for Silver Sneakers  members allowing you full access to the club and all group classes. 

Program members are eligible to use their Silver Sneakers membership card at any facility throughout the country offering the program.  Members will find the same type group classes at all participating facilities.
